I strongly encourage the School Board Association to not pass the Transgender Policy. As an educational system, it is the duty to help students to grow in character and knowledge. Both of these thing must be grounded in reality, facts and truth. Many students need guidance in this process because there are many influences that will confuse and pervert the mind. Students that are confused about their own thoughts and feeling that go against the reality of who they are, female or male, need to have solid, mature, caring and wise council on how to understand what it is to be female or male. This is the duty of educators instructing students. It is not the educators duty to encourage the confusion or perversion of the mind by enabling a life style to go along with the confusion and there by sentencing those very students under their care to life of consequences. Thoughts and feeling do not make up reality, reality IS. Please help our students.
